By using Xpose Management, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Xpose Management. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
You retain ownership of your shop data. We may retain anonymized usage data for analytics and improvement.
You may not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
Xpose Management is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
